The author presents the further fate of the journey of the heroic White Eagle, assigned to the Emblem of the Republic of Poland. In this study, the period from World War I to modern times will be discussed. The main problem of the article is the fact of incorrect regulation of the emblem of the Republic of Poland in the current Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The error in the most important legal act in Poland is so serious, because the legal norm does not correspond to the definition of an emblem, but a coat of arms. In further articles, the artist will take readers through patriotic and insulting images of the White Eagle.

Autorka przedstawia dalsze losy podróży bohaterskiego Orła Białego, przypisanego dla Godła RP. W niniejszym opracowaniu zostanie omówiony okres od I Wojny Światowej po czasy współczesne. Głównym problemem artykułu jest fakt niepoprawnej regulacji godła RP w obecnie obowiązującej Konstytucji RP. Występujący błąd w najważniejszym akcie prawnym w Polsce jest poważny, gdyż norma prawna nie odpowiada definicji godła, tylko herbu. W dalszych artykułach twórczyni zabierze czytelników po ujęciach patriotycznych i znieważających wizerunków Orła Białego.
