Jednym z najważniejszych czynników zwiększających konkurencyjność organizacji jest sprawne zarządzanie informacją, zatem decyzja o wdrożeniu zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego klasy ERP staje się decyzją strategiczną. Chociaż początkowo systemy te przeznaczone były dla dużych przedsiębiorstw, coraz częściej zaczęły je implementować również małe i średnie, aby uzyskać przewagę konkurencyjną i poprawić swoją pozycję na rynku. Celem artykułu jest próba określenia postaw i oczekiwań użytkowników z sektora MSP wobec systemów klasy ERP oraz ustalenie, jak przeprowadzone wdrożenia wpłynęły na postrzeganie cech jakościowych informacji zarządczej generowanej przez implementowane systemy.

One of the most important factors increasing the competitiveness of the organizationis the efficient management of information, therefore the decision to implement an integrated ERP system becomes a strategic decision. Although initially these systems were dedicated to large enterprises, more and more small and medium enterprises have begun to implement them in order to gain a competitive advantage and improve its market position. The article attempts to determine the extent of the use of ERP systems by the SME sector and to determine the approach to the method of the extraction and use of managerial information within the companies that implemented the system.
