W artykule dokonano analizy przepisów projektu ustawy o dystrybucji ubezpieczeń w części odnoszącej się do zasad informowania klientów o produkcie ubezpieczeniowym. Szczegółowo omówiono zasady tworzenia i doręczania tzw. ustandaryzowanego dokumentu o produkcie ubezpieczeniowym, który stanowi nakazany przez ustawodawcę format przekazywania informacji o produktach ubezpieczeniowych z zakresu ubezpieczeń majątkowych.

The article analyses the provisions of the draft Insurance Distribution Law in its part relating to the principles of informing customers about the insurance product. The rules have been discussed in detail of drawing up and delivering of the so-called insurance product, which is an obligatory format for the transmission of information on non-life insurance products, required by the legislator.
