Determinanty tempa internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem born globals

Artykuł ma charakter teoretyczno-empiryczny. Jego głównym celem jest przedstawienie czynników internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw, przede wszystkim born globals. Celem empirycznym jest natomiast weryfikacja wybranych determinant tempa internacjonalizacji badanych firm. W części teoretycznej zdefiniowano oraz opisano przedsiębiorstwa born globals według różnych klasyfikacji. Ponadto, przedstawiono najważniejsze teorie internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstw oraz ich ewolucję, skupiając się w szczególności na wczesnej i szybkiej internacjonalizacji. W części empirycznej przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na 355 polskich zinternacjonalizowanych przedsiębiorstwach, które przebadano za pomocą kwestionariusza ankiety z wykorzystaniem tzw. wywiadów CATI (ang. Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing). Obliczenia wykonano z użyciem programu Statistica® PL v. 10. W podsumowaniu artykułu wskazano na dalsze kierunki badań.

The article presents the factors (motives and circumstances) of born global firms. The article is a both theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part it defines and describes born globals according to different classifications. In addition, it presents the most important theories of the internationalization of enterprises and their evolution, focusing in particular on early and rapid internationalization. In the empirical part it presents the results of research carried out on 355 Polish, internationalized enterprises. The research was done by using a questionnaire and CATI interviews (called. Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing). Calculations were made by using Statistica® EN v. 10. In the summary of the article, the future directions of research are pointed out.
