The tourism industry is one of the fastest growing areas of business activity in the world. Its effective development in Ukraine is constrained by a number of organizational and economic factors: insufficient development of the internal market of tourism products, their poor quality and inconsistency needs of consumers and the ineffective management systems at the level of tourist enterprises and national. Solving these problems is associated with the formation of the most effective tools of logistics management in accordance with the terms of Ukrainian tourism market development. This paper proposes a logistic model of interaction between the main actors of the tourism market, which involves the integration of tourism enterprises and tour operators in order to ensure the harmonious development of the region through the optimization of tourist flows and usage of tourism resources. Integrative role of tour operators in ensuring optimum development of the sector presupposes the implementation of management functions in the system of interrelations «supplier-tour operator» and «tour operator-consumer». The necessity of increasing the informational content of domestic tourism product as a tool for forming internal demand is grounded.
