The author decided to take readers on a journey in which the hero is the White Eagle assigned to the Emblem of the Republic of Poland, which can boast of a colorful transformation. In this study, the times from the legend of Lech, Czech and Rus to World War I will be discussed. Such separation of the historical part of the national symbol (Emblem of the Republic of Poland) was needed due to the voluminous material. Thus, the further fate of the White Eagle will be presented in the next article.

Autorka postanowiła zabrać czytelników w podróż, w której bohaterem jest Orzeł Biały przypisany dla godła RP, który może się poszczycić barwnym przeistoczeniem. W niniejszym opracowaniu zostaną omówione czasy od legendy o Lechu, Czechu i Rusie do I wojny światowej. Takowe rozdzielenie części historycznej symbolu narodowego (godła RP) było potrzebne z powodu obszerności materiału. Tym samym dalsze losy Orła Białego zostaną przedstawione w kolejnym artykule.

The author presents the further fate of the journey of the heroic White Eagle, assigned to the Emblem of the Republic of Poland. In this study, the period from World War I to modern times will be discussed. The main problem of the article is the fact of incorrect regulation of the emblem of the Republic of Poland in the current Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The error in the most important legal act in Poland is so serious, because the legal norm does not correspond to the definition of an emblem, but a coat of arms. In further articles, the artist will take readers through patriotic and insulting images of the White Eagle.

Autorka przedstawia dalsze losy podróży bohaterskiego Orła Białego, przypisanego dla Godła RP. W niniejszym opracowaniu zostanie omówiony okres od I Wojny Światowej po czasy współczesne. Głównym problemem artykułu jest fakt niepoprawnej regulacji godła RP w obecnie obowiązującej Konstytucji RP. Występujący błąd w najważniejszym akcie prawnym w Polsce jest poważny, gdyż norma prawna nie odpowiada definicji godła, tylko herbu. W dalszych artykułach twórczyni zabierze czytelników po ujęciach patriotycznych i znieważających wizerunków Orła Białego.
