Der bereits sechste Mikrofilmekatalog des Zentrums für Kirchliche Archive, Bibliotheken und Museen umfaßt die in den letzten Jahren auf Mikrofilm archivierten verschiedenartigen und wertvollen Akten. Bemerkenswert sind insbesondere die Akten der polnischen Diözesan- und Provinzialsynoden (Alte Drucke) sowie die vom Diözesanarchiv in Włocławek zur Verfügung gestellten Visitationsakten der früheren Gnesener Diözese aus den Jahren 1602-1815 sowie der Diözesen Kujawien und Pommern aus den Jahren 1576-1816. Aus den Beständen des Archivs des Erzbistums Lemberg (Lwów) sind folgende Dokumente teilweise auf Mikrofilm archiviert worden: die Akten des Konsistorialarchivs in Lemberg aus den Jahren 1900-1907 und des Geistlichen Seminars lateinischen Ritus' in Lemberg aus den Jahren 1790-1920. Wertvolle Erwerbsstücke bilden auch die acta officialia der Jahre 1549-1651 aus dem Archiv der Krakauer Metropolitankurie, die Akten aus den Pfarrarchiven in Dąbrowa Białostocka, Turobin und Częstoborowice sowie diverse Musikalien.

The journal “Archiwa Biblioteki i Muzea Kościelne” was established in 1959 as a magazine of the Institute of Church Archives, Libraries and Museums. At first it was a quarterly to the number 4, and then it turned into a semi-annual magazine. The founder and the first editor-in-chief was Rev. Professor Stanislaw Librowski. He divided the journal into several thematic sections referring to: the Institute of Church Archives, Libraries and Museums; magazines; archives; libraries; museums; auxiliary sciences; hagiography; biographical materials and a variety of issues. In the 1990s, along with the successive editors the structure of the journal was changed. From volume 73 (200) the periodical contains the following topics: symposia, studies and materials, reviews and news, a bibliographic review. Since the bibliography includes the articles that appeared in the issues of the journal before the establishment of the current structure, they were assigned to the currently existing sections.
