Uruchomienie Centralnego Rejestru Restrukturyzacji i Upadłości (dalej CRRU lub Rejestr) od dnia 1 lutego 2018 r. ma pozwolić zrealizować cele postępowań restrukturyzacyjnych oraz upadłościowych zakładanych przez ustawodawcę. W opracowaniu akcentuje się, że uruchomienie teleinformatycznego Rejestru ułatwi komunikację pomiędzy organami tych postępowań i ich uczestnikami, a tym samym usprawni postępowania restrukturyzacyjne i upadłościowe. Ponadto zapewni przejrzystość prowadzonych przez sądy i organy pozasądowe (nadzorcy, zarządcy, syndycy) czynności. Wymiernym efektem jego funkcjonowania będzie przede wszystkim generowanie informacji w czasie rzeczywistym.

Starting the activity of the Central Register of Restructuring and Bankruptcy from 1 February 2018 will allow to fulfil the objectives of insolvency proceedings which were assumed by the legislator. It is underlined in the paper that starting an IT Register will make the communication between the organs and participants of such proceedings easier and by this means will improve restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings themselves. Above all, reduction of the costs connected with the obligation of making announcements and notifications will have a measurable effect in the abovementioned proceedings.
