Former analysis of dialectological material proved that it is necessary to formulate special procedures for description of dialectal word formation, different form procedures used in description of standard language. It is the result of a specific character of dialectal methodology - most of all consideration of space localisation of analysed material. The principles of classification of derivates and the set of affixes also differ from those in standard language. New definition of derivational process is also required. The author claims that dialectal word formation has a specific character and as such cannot be analysed with the same methods and instruments as used in description of a standard language.

The article concentrates on the analysis of the suitability of process maturity models in assessing the effectiveness of the organization. Two models are described widely: Process and Enterprise Maturity Model (PEMM) developed by M. Hammer and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) applied by computer scientists. Then, on the basis of these models, determinants of efficiency at different levels of process maturity are presented.

Over the last several years there has seen a dynamic development of methods and techniques of logistics management in enterprises. For the efficient functioning of all trade and manufacturing companies, regardless the core of its production and the scale of its activities, it is necessary to acquire resources. Mismanagement of resources translates directly into company performance. High quality of the finished products guarantees the success of the company. Customer satisfaction plays an important role. An appropriate use of its infrastructure and support programs, can contribute to the increased effectiveness of the company.

The study intends to fill a gap in the literature on migration destination choice, which focuses on the outcome of a decision process, while largely neglects the very process of arriving at an outcome. Using qualitative material collected during 150 face-to-face interviews with Polish migrants to four EU countries and Australia, this article develops a general typology of decision makers involved in choices of migrant destinations. It applies the concept of bounded rationality to analyse the ways in which these migrants have chosen their host locations and, focusing on their rationality, explores manifestations of its boundedness. It also discusses the issue of information search by destination choice, showing that under relatively low perceived risks associated with migration, the process of knowledge building tends to be based on experience rather than on in-depth research.

The article focuses on Sheldon’s terms „reconciliation“ and „synthesis of philosophies“. It does not want to offer just a simple descriptive report on the global state of philosophical thinking in the first half of the twentieth century. It also embraces the function of an inspiring force showing the way forward. It contemplates the actions and reflections of those participating in the process of creating a new perspective on the world within their own philosophical systems. It looks for elements that might be utilized in building up a synthetic philosophical outlook on the reality of this world – an outlook that would not only map this reality but would also designate in it the necessary reference points adequate for human conduct and interaction.

In terms of general concepts formulated the basic characteristics of the processes and mechanisms for evaluating potential capitalization companies. The article in question on methodological assessment of potential capitalization on the basis of formation of system processes in the context of assessment mechanisms that have software. Thus, referring to programming in management, it is possible to apply modern cognitive-based methodology device evaluation process of capitalization of the enterprise potential in a market economy.

The topic of analysis of processes and events is becoming increasingly widespread not only in analytical philosophy but also in computer science, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence. Different philosophical approaches to conceptualizing events and processes are compared to obtain the basic concepts, their specification, and interrelationships in this contribution. A conceptual framework for process ontology is proposed, close to natural language and based on John Sowa's approach and the linguistic theory of verb valency frames.

Multi-agent system is a system of autonomous, intelligent but resource-bounded agents. Particular agents have to be able to make decisions on their own, based on the activities of other agents and events within the system as well as in its environment. To this end agents make use of their own internal knowledge base which serves them as a memory. In this paper the authors focus on the design and management of such a knowledge base. After a brief description of some classical fundamental approaches to the knowledge base management, they propose an improvement based on the application of statistical methods. The authors focus in particular on the optimization of the process.

One of the striking features of Davidson's account of action individuation is the internalization of actions to the domain of bodily movements. I reconstruct Davidson's arguments for that claim as applying mainly against naive externalism (according to which actions are simple events, extending in time and space beyond the agent's body) but also against externalist moderationism (according to which actions are complex events, extending in time and space beyond the agent's body). I show that the debate between Davidson's internalist minimalism and externalist moderationism is at a standstill. Externalist moderationism is better at explaining some of the claims we are prepared to make about actions (the temporal problem) while internalist minimalism is better at capturing some deeper intuitions about actions. I argue that one can use the old distinction between process and product as applied to agency to help get out of the impasse and restore healthy externalist intuitions.
