System komunikacji marketingowej w perspektywie produktu systemowego

Artykuł ukazuje naturę komunikacji marketingowej jako swoistego produktu systemowego. Istotę takiego produktu wyraża wielowymiarowa integracja i zarazem generowanie „wielu wartości” dla adresata przekazu i potencjalnego klienta. Rozważania koncentrują uwagę na dwóch istotnych zagadnieniach: strukturze narzędziowej systemu komunikacji oraz strukturze funkcji i zadań. Współczesna komunikacja marketingowa, w tym komunikacja w hipermedialnym środowisku komputerowym, stwarza zupełnie nowe formy i płaszczyzny promowania oferty sprzedaży. Nie stanowi klasycznego, jednorodnego produktu czy funkcji marketingowej, lecz produkt złożony z wielu narzędzi, tworzących w założeniu określone użyteczności i wartości dla adresatów. W takim właśnie wymiarze i refleksji komunikacja marketingowa posiada atrybuty, przypisane koncepcji produktu nowej generacji, produktu systemowego.

The paper presents the essence of marketing communication as a kind of unique system product. The nature of such a product is expressed in a multidimensional integration and, simultaneously, in generating „multiple values” for the receiver of the message and potential customer. The analysis focuses on two key issues: the structure of tools in the system of communication and on the structure of functions and tasks. Contemporary marketing communication, including communication in the hyper-media computer environment, creates completely new forms and dimensions of product promotion. It is not a classic, homogeneous product or marketing function, but a complex product composed of various tools, which form definite utilities and values for receivers. In such dimension… marketing communication has attributes - linked to the concept of new generation product - of system product.
