Transformation of the social responsibility is observed nowadays all over the world. The deficiency of responsibility exists in Ukraine that entails a number of serious social consequences. The responsibility is at the border of the individual and social sphere, that is why it is of a dual-character; it possesses properties of the social and individual. The task of the present-day science is the study of the mechanisms of forming and increasing the social responsibility. It is important to explore and describe the consequences following from the special mechanism of display of responsibility and irresponsibility. Sociological, theoretical and empirical researches of responsibility/irresponsibility poses a problem of understanding the source, essence, and its special manifestations in different situations of the social life. Responsibility can be considered as one of determinants of the social activity and daily practice. The forming process of the reflexion levels in respect of responsibility is important. Specific emotional experience of the responsibility is in its social conditionality. The presence of responsibility as a moral motive of social action testifies to high level of moral consciousness and person's socialization. Among all variety of kinds of responsibility, valuable responsibility most closely corresponds to moral responsibility, i.e. to such responsibility which is actualized by a complex of moral requirements.

The CSR-oriented companies introduce some tools to demonstrate their environmental and social responsibility. Besides different activities which are presented in reports, certificates they apply for demonstration of their social and environmental engagement. Due to the increasing awareness among consumers there is an even greater demand for authentic and independent guaranteecertificates which confirm the social responsibility doings. So in the last few years the use of thematic trademarks which are signs of the responsibility has spread. The presented research focuses on a special segment of national park trademarks. The research questions within the framework of a standard interview are attempting to reveal how informed consumers are concerning the trademarks in use and whether the consumer favours those products and services that pos sess quality certificates. What are the expectations of the consumers in connection with products and services that hold the Hungarian National Park Product trademark? Do these certificated products and services mean benefits to consumers? The trademarks of the manufacturers and service providers give information to the customer on the advantage of the product and hence the whole life-cycle of the product is seen through. Probably due to this controlled quality and reliable origin the certified products are favoured. This kind of labelling means a kind of guarantee to the customer.

Europe in the integrating process is one of the main participants on the global market and is influenced by all global processes. One of the largest phenomenon in the modern world is the growth of power of transnational corporations. Thanks to financial and economic strength transnational corporations have an impact on governments' and international organizations' politics and decisions. Social feeling of insecurity is developed by the concern about the future of the state sovereignty and even democracy, not sufficient transnational corporation law regulations and damages caused by transnational corporations to the society. Social feeling of safety is created by the tendency to release market from government intervention, reducing government role in citizens' existence and social responsibility of transnational corporations . No institution, even integrated Europe, can give the society the guarantee to enjoy lifelong democratic standard rights.

While some thinkers have already announced the decline of the idea of the social contract, the author believes it is definitely too early to relegate the idea to the dustbin of history. She therefore returns to the idea of the social contract and tries to read it anew, using the modern idea of corporate social responsibility. In her juxtaposition of the two ideas, the author points out many similarities but also significant differences between them. She eventually reaches the conclusion that the idea of corporate social responsibility is complementary to the previously accepted contract, a new approach that allows us to improve on the historical version’s lack of cohesion to accommodate our ever more rapidly changing world.

The importance of organisational culture for the organisation’s success is already proven today, and in this situation, COVID-19 for organisations continues to grow. No previous review has focused on the role of organizational culture in the context of human resource management and its activities with a focus on Czech organizations. The article aims to identify human resources (HR) activities primarily influenced by the organisational culture of the examined organisations in the Czech Republic by quantitative and qualitative research. Exploratory factor analysis identified critical factors related to the objective of the paper. The results have shown that the HR activities most affected by the organisational culture in the examined Czech organisations are as follows: internal and external communication, friendly relationships, and HR planning. The results have also revealed that only 40% of the examined organisations deal with organisational culture, and 60% do not view organisational culture as a priority. Organisational culture is influenced by the industry, the sector and the market, the number of employees, and the existence or non-existence of the HR department.
