The paper presents the essence and structure of costs incurred by a company in relations with suppliers and possibilities of the use of activity-based costing in calculating total cost of ownership. Author argues that the traditional approach to the choice of supplier based on offered price is not sufficient any longer. Price-based approach should be supplemented with measuring and reporting cost of supplier on the basis of activity analysis along with supplier performance index computation.

The main purpose of this article is to make an assessment of the influence of enterprise’s internationalization on realization and accomplishments of CSR concept within the responsible management of supply chain. India and Hindu environment, such different from the Western culture, has been chosen as and background for the studies and analysis. First part of the article provides the definition of the internationalization and then presents its different levels. Taiwan's rextile enterprises have evolved from traditional local production mills into global textile industry supply chain, that integrates marketing and production during the past 30 years. In the globalization and the network tendency as well as the WTO effect, the information technology will be the enterprise's main key of success. Information exchange and collaboration management are very important in the supply chain, especially for the partners situated all over the world. In this article, an information management design of data automatic exchange platform for collaboration management is described. Based on this design, a case study is also discussed. The results indicate that it can effectively improve the textile enterprise performance in the global supply chain collaboration management

Enterprises have a lot of problems with realization their strategic aims in the fast changing and competitive business arena from many years. Effective execution of strategic plan needs its translating into action, task results and indicators of everyday activities. The success on the market is attainable by communicating strategic and operating goals on the each level of organizational structure and their connecting with budget of units or employee motivation. The scorecards balancing in finance, customer, process and development perspectives is very useful for pointing - what do we control with? or - what do we have to achieve? But doesn't answer to question about ways of enterprise managing. Main aim of the article is proving that operational controlling system is a essential tool for translating strategy into action. The Balanced Scorecard methodology should to take into consideration system and process connection of enterprise with procurement, co-operation or distribution supply chain also.
