Strukturyzowane instrument finansowe budzą silne emocje. Ich przeciwnicy uznają, je za innowacje powstałe w celu maksymalizacji zysku, w wyniku uchylania się od płacenia należnych podatków. Ich zwolennicy uznają, że te innowacje finansowe powstają w celu zaspokojenia potrzeby wolnych od ryzyka aktywów finansowych. Wydaje się, że obie strony sporu mają rację. Celem opracowania jest wskazanie złożoności i zmienności ustrukturyzowanych instrumentów finansowych, co pociąga za sobą wzrost ryzyka systemu finansowego.

Structured financial instruments are misusing to avoid taxes and leverage limits. On the other hand there fill up gap in run for risk free assets. Both side of this emotional conflict can be right. Structured financial instrument are important sophisticate financial innovations. The goal of the paper is to point systemic risk coming from the structured financial products.
