Uwarunkowania funkcjonowania sektora energetycznego, silnie determinowane szeregiem czynników regulacyjnych, technologicznych i rynkowych, prowadzą do transformacji w tradycyjnym modelu biznesowym przedsiębiorstw energetycznych. Wyzwalają presję na wzrost elastyczności, innowacyjności, umacnianie lojalności klientów, dalsze procesy integracyjne, skuteczne zarządzanie procesami i poprawę efektywności. Artykuł koncentruje się na roli współdzielenia zasobów i działań w restrukturyzacji modelu biznesowego jako sposobu budowania konkurencyjności poprzez wykorzystanie synergii w strukturach wielopodmiotowych. Jego celem jest identyfikacja czynników, głównych motywów i korzyści, które skłaniają do poszukiwania źródeł synergii oraz wykorzystywania siły sprawczej współdzielenia. Skoncentrowano tu również uwagę na wykorzystaniu tej siły w procesach konsolidacji i koopetycji, dążąc do unowocześnienia przedsiębiorstwa energetycznego.

The conditions for the functioning of the energy sector, strongly determined by a number of regulatory, technological and market-related factors, lead to the transformation of the traditional business model of energy companies. They put pressure on increasing innovation, flexibility, strengthening of customer loyalty, further integration processes, effective process management and improvement of efficiency. This paper focuses on the role of sharing resources and activities in the restructuring of the business model as a way to build competitiveness through the use of synergies in multi-entity structures. It aims to identify the factors, as well as the main motivations and benefits, which encourage searching for sources of synergies and the use of the force behind sharing.
