W artykule zaprezentowano podstawowe znaczenie logistyki kontraktowej podczas procesu świadczenia usług szytych na miarę dla klienta branży farmaceutycznej. Ujęte zostały również zagadnienia związane z wymogami prawnymi oraz technicznymi, z którymi muszą zmierzyć się operatorzy logistyczni świadczący takie usługi. Podkreślone zostały aspekty związane z procesem pozyskania klienta, na który składają się cztery podstawowe etapy przygotowania oferty logistyki kontraktowej.

The article presents the essential process of contract logistics services tailored to the customer of the pharmaceutical industry. Issues related to legal and technical requirements, with which they are faced by logistics operators providing such services, are also included. Underlined are aspects of the customer acquisition process, which consists of four basic stages of preparing a bid contract logistics.
