W niniejszym artykule rozpatrzono przestrzeń willi Oksza w kontekście elementu szczególnego w architekturze Zakopanego – jako zabytku stylu zakopiańskiego oraz w kategorii Galerii Sztuki XX wieku. Willa Oksza, jako zabytek architektury drewnianej oraz projekt twórcy stylu zakopiańskiego, Stanisława Witkiewicza, jest miejscem wyjątkowym, emanującym harmonią i ładem. Jednakże zaadaptowana na Galerię Sztuki XX wieku skrywa w swoich wnętrzach niezwykłe dzieła przedstawicieli różnych nurtów artystycznych i epok. W artykule przedstawiono i scharakteryzowano ślady – dzieła pozostawione przez artystów związanych z Zakopanem, które czynią willę Oksza miejscem jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowym i ponadczasowym.

This article discusses the issue of the Oksza villa space’s as an particular element of the Zakopane’s architecture, as an monument of Zakopane style and also as a Gallery of 20th Century Art. Designed by the creator of the Zakopane style – Stanisław Witkiewicz Oksza villa is an particular place that emanates the 89 harmony and order. However in the interiors of villa converted into a Gallery of 20th Century Art are hidden extraordinary works of art of the different styles and artist trends. In the article are also presented and described traces – works of art of various artist connected with Zakopane that makes Oksza villa a place even more particular and timeless.
