The aim of this paper was to show the value of the attitude of trust in God on the part of a person for his/her social commitment. The source for this reflection was the Diary of St. Sister Faustina Kowalska. Achieving the research goal defined in this way could not but begin with indicating the source of the human attitude of trusting in God. It is God’s Providence. Thanks to it, a person can grow and develop. The second step in the reflection was the reflections on man’s response to this divine communion. As a result of the analyses of the Diary of St. Sister Faustina Kowalska, it was indicated that this form would be prayer based on faith in Jesus Christ. The analysis of Sister Faustina’s Diary showed that the more she united with Christ in prayer, the harder she wanted to serve others. The last step of the reflection was to show the value of the social message of St. Sister Faustina Kowalska, contained in her Diary. The analyses of her Diary, which is the basis of her teaching, provide a basis for expressing a clear conclusion that Sister Faustina was not only a faithful nun of her Congregation, but also a devoted daughter of her nation who cares for its development and prosperity. In this way, she has become part of the flow of people who guard the social development of the nation.

Ziel dieses Artikels war es, den Wert der Gottesvertrauenseinstellung des Menschen für sein soziales Engagement aufzuzeigen. Die Quelle für diese Reflexion war das Tagebuch des hl. Faustina Kowalska. Die Umsetzung des so definierten Forschungsziels konnte nicht umhin, auf die Quelle des menschlichen Gottesvertrauens hinzuweisen. Es ist Gottes Vorsehung. Dank ihr kann eine Person wachsen und sich entwickeln. Der zweite Schritt in der Reflexion war die Reflexion über die Reaktion des Menschen auf diese göttliche Gemeinschaft. Als Ergebnis der Analysen des Tagebuchs von St. Faustina Kowalska wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass diese Form ein Gebet sein würde, das auf dem Glauben an Jesus Christus basiert. Die Analyse des Tagebuchs von Schwester Faustina zeigte, dass sie umso aufopfernder wollte, anderen zu dienen, je mehr sie sich im Gebet mit Christus verband. Der letzte Schritt der Reflexion bestand darin, den Wert der sozialen Botschaft von St. Faustina Kowalska, in ihrem Tagebuch enthalten. Die Analysen des Tagebuchs, das die Grundlage ihrer Lehre bildet, liefern die Grundlage für die eindeutige Schlussfolgerung, dass Schwester Faustina nicht nur eine treue Nonne ihrer Kongregation war, sondern auch eine hingebungsvolle Tochter ihres Volkes, die sich um deren Entwicklung und Wohlstand. Auf diese Weise ist sie Teil des Stroms von Menschen geworden, die die soziale Entwicklung der Nation bewachen.

Celem niniejszego artykułu było ukazanie wartości postawy zaufania Bogu ze strony człowieka na rzecz jego społecznego zaangażowania się. Bazą źródłową dla tej refleksji stał się Dzienniczek św. siostry Faustyny Kowalskiej. Realizacja tak określonego celu badawczego nie mogła nie rozpocząć się od wskazania źródła ludzkiej postawy zaufania Bogu. Stanowi ją Boża Opatrzność. Dzięki Niej człowiek może wzrastać i się rozwijać. Drugim krokiem refleksji stały się rozważania na temat odpowiedzi człowieka na to Boże udzielanie się. W efekcie analiz Dzienniczka św. siostry Faustyny Kowalskiej wskazano, że tą formą będzie modlitwa oparta na wierze w Jezusa Chrystusa. Analiza Dzienniczka siostry Faustyny wykazała, że im bardziej się ona jednoczyła z Chrystusem w modlitwie, tym ofiarniej chciała służyć bliźnim. Ostatnim krokiem refleksji było ukazanie wartości społecznego przesłania św. siostry Faustyny Kowalskiej, zawartego w jej Dzienniczku. Analizy Dzienniczka, który stanowi bazę jej nauczania, stwarzają podstawę do wyrażenia jednoznacznego wniosku, że siostra Faustyna była nie tylko wierną zakonnicą swojego zgromadzenia, ale także oddaną córką swojego narodu, która dba o jego rozwój i pomyślność. W ten sposób wpisała się w nurt osób, które stają na straży społecznego rozwoju narodu.
