Celem artykułu jest ukazanie specyfiki i zakresu zdolności relacyjnych przedsiębiorstw sektora e-handlu i e-usług elektronicznych oraz sektora transportu. W realizacji celu posłużono się przykładem przedsiębiorstw sektorów transportu oraz handlu i usług elektronicznych, zlokalizowanych w województwie podlaskim. Analizie poddane zostały relacje, jakie powstają w procesie wytwarzania się więzi kooperacyjnych i koopetycyjnych.

The aim of this article is to show the specificity and scope of relational capabilities of e-commerce and e-services companies and transport companies. Firms located in the Podlaskie Province are used as an example. To achieve the purpose an example of relationships which arise in the process of the creation of cooperative and coopetitive relationships was used. The conclusions were supported by the results of quantitative and qualitative research conducted among e-commerce and e-services companies in the Podlaskie Province, contained in the report “Starters of the Podlaskie Province economy”.
