Outsourcing a przepływy w strukturze zatrudnienia

Celem artykułu jest zweryfikowanie, czy outsourcing (mierzony wartością zużycia pośredniego według średniorocznych stałych cen roku poprzedniego) wywołuje zmiany w strukturze zatrudnienia gospodarki polskiej, oraz zbadanie zależności pomiędzy przepływami w strukturze zatrudnienia pomiędzy dwoma podstawowymi sektorami: przemysłowym i usługowym. Rozważania teoretyczne i empiryczne zależności pomiędzy outsourcingiem a strukturą zatrudnienia w gospodarce polskiej pokazują, że 2,5-krotny wzrost zużycia pośredniego w okresie 2000-2012 wskazuje na relatywnie wysoką popularność zastosowania outsourcingu w podmiotach gospodarczych. Wzrost outsourcingu w znacznie większym stopniu implikował wzrost zatrudnienia w usługach niż w przemyśle.

The aim of the article is to: verify whether outsourcing (defined as a value of intermediate consumption measured by annual average prices of the previous year) causes the flow in the employment structure of Polish economics, and to examine relation between employment in services and industry. Theoretical background and empirical evidence have shown that outsourcing has increased strongly in period 2000-2011 implicating the growth of employment. However the growth of employment was larger in services than in industry.
