The essence of the dispute electronics manufacturers and authors is to cover, arousing the public some controversy, reprographic fees of blank media, and in particular its extension to smartphones and tablets, as they have memory and allow the reproduction of copies of works in the form of files. A list of categories of equipment covered by reprographic fees set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage should be structured and updated, and the proponent of this view are the creators themselves. On the other hand, the extension of reprographic charge for smartphones and tablets cause reduction of the profitability of manufacturers and importers of equipment that compensate for the loss by raising their prices, as a consequence of which would pay customers.

A quantitative and qualitative analysis was conducted on literary works published in Wiek Młody [The Young Age], a Lviv magazine for children and youth at the turn of the 20th century. It was determined that around 180 active authors hailed not only from Galicia, but also from other partitions or were in exile. The published literature was characterized by a wide variety of genres (novels, short stories, poems, dramatic works). Wiek Młody had a patriotic character. Predominating themes within it were upbringing and history, often regarding current events. The magazine executed the functions of literary initiation, educational and pedagogic function, providing young readers with diverse literary expressions in the positivist convention.

Przeprowadzono analizę ilościową i jakościową utworów literackich publikowanych w „Wieku Młodym” – lwowskim piśmie dla dzieci i młodzieży z przełomu XIX i XX w. Ustalono, że około 180 czynnych autorów pochodziło nie tylko z Galicji, ale także z innych zaborów lub przebywało na emigracji. Publikowana literatura cechowała się dużym zróżnicowaniem gatunkowym (powieści, opowiadania, wiersze, utwory dramatyczne). „Wiek Młody” miał wymowę patriotyczną. Dominowały w nim tematy wychowawcze i historyczne, często nawiązujące do aktualnych wydarzeń. Czasopismo realizowało funkcje inicjacji literackiej, edukacyjną i wychowawczą, dostarczając młodym czytelnikom różnorodnych wypowiedzi literackich w konwencji pozytywistycznej.
