Artykuł prezentuje analizę problemu decyzyjnego konsumenta. Zdefiniowano pojęcie zachowania konsumenta na rynku oraz wskazano model EBK, będącym jednym z najbardziej znanych modeli zachowań konsumenta w literaturze przedmiotu. W kolejnej części artykułu zaprezentowano model rozwiązania problemu decyzyjnego w oparciu o metody wielokryterialne. Artykuł kończy się podsumowaniem.

The article presents an analysis of the consumer decision-making problem. Defined the concept of consumer behavior on the market and identifies the model EBK, which is one of the most famous models of consumer behavior in the literature. The next part presents the model solve the problem of decision-making based on multi-criteria method. The article ends with a summary.
