kobiet w ciąży i po porodzie w Polsce

W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawione zostały wybrane instrumenty aktywizacji zawodowej kobiet w ciąży i po porodzie w Polsce. Wskazano na podstawowe agregaty makroekonomiczne w kontekście dzietności kobiet oraz przenanalizowano dostępne dane w celu naświetlienia skali problemu i wyłonienia statystycznego obrazu Polki, która wkracza w okres macierzyństwa. Następnie przedstawiona została sytuacja kobiety aktywnej zawodowo, zatrudnionej w oparciu o kodeks pracy, przed i po porodzie w kontekście obowiązujących praw i przywilejów. Oceniono ponadto formy usług opieki nad dziećmi, ich dostępność i ograniczenia. Celem artykułu było przedstawienie indywidualnych zachowań aktywnych zawodowo kobiet, wykonujących pracę w ramach stosunku pracy, które będąc najpierw w ciąży, a następnie w roli matek z dziećmi, dokonują wyborów w oparciu o dostępne im narzędzia, wybierając opcje najbardziej korzystne dla ich gospodarstw domowych. Przeprowadzona analiza pozwala na ocenę wybranych instrumentów aktywizacji zawodowej kobiet w ciąży i po porodzie. Zaproponowane zostały również nowe rozwiązania korzystne z punktu widzenia jednostki, gospodarstwa domowego oraz całej gospodarki.

This article describes selected professional activation instruments of women during their pregnancy and after birth in Poland. An author indicates the main macroeconomic aggregates in the context of women’s fertility and analysed available data in order to show the scale of the problem and identify a statistic picture of a woman who enters into motherhood. The article presents the situation of women, employed on the basis of the Labour Code, before and after childbirth in the context of current rights and privileges. The last part of the paper shows different forms of childcare services, their availability and limitations. The purpose of this article is to present the individual behaviour of economically active female as pregnant women, and after birth who make choices based on the available tools, selecting the most beneficial for their households. In conclusion the author identify new solutions that are beneficial for the individual, household, and the whole economy.

Praca koncentruje się na badaniu bezrobocia kobiet na tle ogólnych uwarunkowań, stanu i efektów bezrobocia w województwie mazowieckim i w Polsce. Założono hipotezy, iż kobiety mimo dobrego wykształcenia mają większe problemy niż mężczyźni ze znalezieniem i utrzymaniem miejsca pracy, czego głównym powodem są pełnione przez kobiety funkcje społeczne oraz stereotypy dotyczące pracy kobiet. Analiza danych statystycznych i własne badania sondażowe potwierdziły duże zróżnicowanie rynku pracy na terenie województwa i silny pozytywny wpływ miasta Warszawy na regionalny rynek pracy kobiet. Bezrobocie kobiet na terenie województwa kształtuje się na podobnym poziomie jak bezrobocie mężczyzn. Pozytywne zjawiska jakie mają miejsce na rynku pracy kobiet są efektem stosowania aktywnych form polityki rynku pracy finansowanych z funduszy europejskich.

The paper focuses on the study of female unemployment against the overall conditions, state and the effects of unemployment in Mazowieckie Voivodeship and in Poland. Hypothesis assumed indicate that women, despite a good education, have greater problems than men in finding and keeping jobs, which mainly results from the social functions performed by women and the stereotypes about women and their work. Analysis of statistical data and author’s own research confirmed the diversity of the labor market in the region and a strong positive impact of the city of Warsaw on the regional labor market in case of women. Unemployment among women in the region is at a similar level to male unemployment. Positive developments that are taking place in the labor market for women are the result of the use of active labor market policies financed with European funds.
