Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie instrumentów finansowych możliwych do zastosowania w procesie rewitalizacji terenów poprzemysłowych w warunkach polskich. Przyjęto szersze znaczenie terminu instrument finansowy, jako narzędzie finansujące dane przedsięwzięcie, dlatego też oprócz zaproponowanych przez autora tradycyjnych instrumentów komercyjnych wskazano również na wykorzystanie takich instrumentów/narzędzi finansowania, jak budżet, fundusze europejskie czy też rezerwy zawiązywane na rewitalizację.

The aim of this article is to present the possible application of financial instruments in the process of revitalization of post-industrial areas under conditions of Poland. In this article assumes a broader meaning of the term of the financial instrument as an instrument that financing the project, and therefore proposed by the author in addition to traditional commercial instruments also points to the use of such instruments/tools for financing such as budget, EU funds or reserves tied for revitalization.

Optymistyczne prognozy na lata 2018-2020 na podstawie wieloletnich prognoz finansowych przyjętych przez samorządy.

The noticeable growth of incomes and expenditures of units of the subsector. A considerable vis-à-vis 2016 and the plan for 2017 reduction of deficit. Insignificant changes in indebtedness. Optimistic forecasts for the years 2018-2020 based on long-standing financial forecasts adopted by governments.
