W artykule wskazano na trudności z definiowaniem agresji werbalnej w pracach pedagogicznych i przedstawiono narzędzia językoznawcze umożliwiające jej trafniejsze definiowanie. Przy ich użyciu sformułowano klasyfikację aktów agresji werbalnej, która może być wykorzystana zarówno w badaniach zjawisk agresji werbalnej jak i w praktyce edukacyjnej. Następnie przedstawiono propozycję pracy wychowawczej w wykorzystaniem tej klasyfikacji metodą 4 kroków (wiedzieć, rozumieć, używać, zmieniać). W zakończeniu zebrano czynniki sprzyjające skuteczności metody 4 kroków.

The article pointed out the difficulties of defining verbal aggression in the pedagogical publications and present the tools which enable to create the better-linguistic definition of this aggression. Using these tools it is possible to formulate the classification of acts of verbal aggression, which can be used both in studies of phenomena such as verbal aggression and in educational practise. Then author proposes the use this classification in educational work by method of four steps (to know. To understand, to use, to change). In the end of the article author collects factors for the effectiveness of the method of four steps.
