W artykule zaprezentowano założenia oraz wyniki badań empirycznych, których celem było zidentyfikowanie funkcjonowania działania teleologicznego w interakcjach uczniów i nauczycieli w środowisku szkolnym z perspektywy podmiotów w nich uczestniczących. Ich podstawą teoretyczną stała się teoria działania komunikacyjnego Jürgena Habermasa, natomiast wyniki pozwoliły na udzielenie odpowiedzi na postawione problemy badawcze, które przyjęły formę następujących pytań - czy i w jakim zakresie występuje działanie teleologiczne między uczniami i nauczycielami w środowisku szkolnym oraz jak przejawia się działanie teleologiczne między uczniami i nauczycielami w środowisku szkolnym. W Eksploracji wykorzystano metodę projekcyjną z zastosowaniem techniki testu zdań niedokończonych oraz metodę ankiety z zastosowaniem techniki audytoryjnej, a także dwóch narzędzi badawczych – kwestionariusza ankiety adresowanego do nauczycieli i drugiego do uczniów.

This article presents assumptions and results of empirical research aimed at identifying the functioning of the teleological action in students and teachers’ interaction set in school environment and seen from the perspective of the entities involved. The theory of communicative action by Jürgen Habermas became the theoretical basis while the results provided answers to research problems that took form of questions. The question was if and to what extent there was a teleological action between students and teachers in school environment and, subsequently, how it manifested in that environment. There were used various methods in exploration, such as the projection method with the use of the sentence-completion method, the questionnaire method that involved auditorium testing and, furthermore, two research instruments, namely the questionnaires addressed both to teachers and students.
