Sprawozdanie z Międzynarodowej Konferencji Naukowej pt. Ideologies and State-Church Relations Legal Framework  [Ideologie i ramy prawne stosunków Państwo - Kościół]. Konferencja odbyła się w dniu 5 maja 2023 r. w formule online. Głównym jej organizatorem był Instytut Prawnych Aspektów Wolności Religijnej na Wydziale Prawa Uniwersytetu w Trnawie na Słowacji (Trnava University, Faculty of Law, Institute for Legal Aspects of Religious Freedom), zaś współorganizatorami były następujące ośrodki naukowe: Uniwersytet Warmińsko–Mazurski w Olsztynie, Uniwersytet Przyrodniczo–Humanistyczny w Siedlcach i Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II. Konferencja odbyła się w ramach projektu VEGA 1/0170/21 International Legal Obligations of the Slovak Republic in the Field of Financing of the Catholic Church. Projekt realizowany jest przez Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu w Trnawie i został sfinansowany przez Ministerstwo Edukacji Republiki Słowacji.

Kościół Nowoapostolski w Polsce – charakterystyka ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem statusu prawnego

Artykuł dotyczy statusu prawnego Kościoła Nowoapostolskiego w Polsce, jego nauki oraz struktury organizacyjnej. Ukazuje także starania tej chrześcijańskiej wspólnoty religijnej o ukształtowanie jej bytu prawnego w odrębnej ustawie (ustawa partykularna). W części historycznej znajdują się informacje o pierwotnej strukturze Kościoła Nowoapostolskiego powstałej w 1830 r. w Anglii oraz o działalności Kościoła Nowoapostolskiego na ziemiach polskich począwszy od drugiej połowy XIX wieku (1863 r.). Wskazywany jest szczególnie atrybut uznania prawnego posiadany przez Kościół na podstawie ustawodawstwa państw zaborczych. Autor zauważa, że uznanie prawne omawiana wspólnota posiadała także w okresie II Rzeczypospolitej. Opisano losy tego Kościoła w okresie PRL oraz wspomniano, że w 2013 r. Kościół Nowoapostolski obchodził 150-lecie swojego istnienia.

This article deals with the legal status of the New Apostolic Church in Poland, its teaching and organizational structure. It presents Church’s efforts to receive a new legal regulation of its status in Poland in the form of separate act of parliament (particular act). In the historical part it explains the original structure of the New Apostolic Church founded in 1830 in England and history of that denomination in Poland since the second half of the nineteenth century (1863). Special emphasis is laid in the fact that the New Apostolic Church had a legal recognition on the basis of legislation made by the states occupying the then Poland. The author informs that the Church had a legal recognition in the time of the Second Republic of Poland. Also the text deals with the denomination’s history in Poland during the Communist period and informs about the celebration of 150th anniversary of New Apostolic Church in 2013.
