W ostatnich latach w Polsce gwałtownie wzrósł wskaźnik scholaryzacji. Rodzi się zatem pytanie o jakość nauczania. Relacja student – profesor zdaje się być tu ważnym wskaźnikiem. Dla uchwycenia tego problemu zaproponowano 109 studentom namalowanie ich relacji z profesorem. Tylko 22% studentów przejawiało tendencje kooperacyjne. Inni, poprzez tworzenie dystansu fizycznego, ucieczkę od tematu, przyjmowanie roli małej dziewczynki, nie byli zainteresowani współpracą w realizacji wspólnego celu. Identyfikowanie „niewidocznych barier” może przyczynić się do wspierania bardziej kreatywnego nauczania i przyszłej kariery.

In recent years, the scholarisation rate has risen sharply in Poland. Here a question arises about the quality of teaching. The student-professor relationship seems to be an important indicator here. To capture this problem, 109 students were asked to paint their relationship with the professor. Only 22% of students exhibited cooperative tendencies. Others, by creating a physical distance, escaping from the subject, accepting the role of a small girl escaped from cooperation in achieving a common goal. Identifying “invisible barriers” can help to promote more creative teaching and future careers.
