The aim of this article is to identify factors influencing the improvement of the market standing of insurance companies. The following hypothesis was taken into consideration in this elaboration - the market standing of an insurance company is shaped not only by the quality and price of products, but also by the quality of consumer service as well as the company's good name. The identification of the factors was done on the basis of a self-based study in which survey research was used and the data collection instrument was a self-completed questionnaire. The survey was sent by post or via the Internet to all 63 insurance companies located and run in Poland between 2008-2010. 57 questionnaires were correctly completed and sent back.

The profile of the Holy Spirit in the sacramental reality of the Church – undertaking this subject is an attempt of placing sacramentology more strongly in the context of pneumatology than it has been done up till now. Pneumatologically directed sacramentology is a reflection issuing from the intra-Trinitarian distinguishing between the one and the only God, which first of all tries to develop the personal understanding of the sacraments. This is because the dynamics of God's life, pulsating in the communion of the Persons loving each other, leads to a dynamic, personal approach to the sacramental mysteries as real symbols of God's agape, as salutary events, opening this community of life and love that is contained in the three-Person God, and introducing man and the liturgical congregation of the praying Church to it. Hence, administering sacraments and receiving them opens the dynamic process of participation in God's personal love; liturgical celebration may be interpreted as acceptance into the movement of life and the relation of Jesus to Father in the Holy Spirit. Contemporary theology of sacraments, in order not to lose strength and dynamics shaping the life of man's faith, should approach him and talk to him on the plane of the deepest layers of his personality – that is, it should address its postulates to man in his sphere of freedom. In such a context sacraments may be defined as „spaces of encountering the triune God creating a person in a man”.

The category of communio belongs to the most important concepts of systematic theology. It refers to the internal life of the Trinitarian God, the relationship between God and man, the mystery of the person of Jesus Christ, the Church and all Christian realities. Today the revelation of God is also perceived as the reality of communication and communion. Communio theology was initially and most widely developed during the post-conciliar times as communio ecclesiology, bearing also the ecumenical importance, but this development was marked also by the broader dogmatic theology, founding its growth so far in Trinitology, sacramentology, Christology, anthropology, theology of creation. As a specific “gold mine” communio includes huge potential that is waiting for exploration primarily in systematic theology, but not only, as it also reaches pastoral theology.
PL
Kategoria communio należy do najważniejszych pojęć teologii systematycznej.

The purpose of this article is to investigate, on the example of several preaching texts, a diversity of functions, types, and variants of rhetorical questions used in contemporary homiletics (subiectio, communicatio, dubitatio, interrogatio), primarily in terms of illocution, including the appropriateness, effectiveness, and adequacy of their use in a specific part of the sermon.

Personal integration of man is expressed in the unity of his body and soul. The body is “great-symbol” of spirituality and the spiritual nature is the basis of interpersonal communication and communion. Anthropological bipolarity (spirit – body, male – female, single individual – community) creates communional tension, in which communional importance has body and soul of man. Communional integrity of man is revealed most fully in christological context - in the hypostatic union and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
