Social logistics has changed logisticians' views on the nature of decisions in city logistics. The decisions are connected with involving representatives of different than logistics sciences so that their character could be of inter-disciplinary nature nowadays. Such an approach enables involving citizens into decision making process and increases effectiveness of city logistics projects that are implemented into the city life.

Logistyka społeczna zmieniła poglądy logistyków na charakter decyzji w logistyce miejskiej. Decyzje związane są z udziałem przedstawicieli różnych nauk innych niż logistyczne, co spowodowało, że ich charakter jest aktualnie interdyscyplinarny. Takie podejście umożliwia udział obywateli w procesie podejmowania decyzji i zwiększa efektywność projektów logistycznych, które są realizowane w życiu miasta.
