The development of technology, including, in particular, the spread of Internet access, has resulted in the introduction of new forms of income generation, including, among others, the provision of online erotic services. This article examines the legal issues related to earning income from the provision of erotic services through platforms dedicated to the dissemination of content in the form of live broadcasts. The analysis of this matter will be based on the example of erotic services, which has its direct cause in the very high intensity of this phenomenon on the Internet, including its appearance, which directly translates into its advertising on Internet platforms unrelated to the indicated industry, such as social media, news media and platforms with audiovisual content of an entertainment nature. In addition, the article also addresses the legal and criminal aspects of such activity. The analysis identifies the key legal problems arising from the current state of the law and proposes de lege ferenda directions for change.

Powszechny dostęp do Internetu skutkował szerokim wykorzystaniem go dla celów zarobkowych. Wśród nich znalazły się również te obejmujące sferę erotyczną. Artykuł analizuje wybrane problemy prawnopodatkowe związane z uzyskiwaniem dochodu ze świadczenia usług erotycznych za pośrednictwem platform dedykowanych do rozpowszechniania treści w formie transmisji na żywo. Przyczyną poddania pod analizę tego zjawiska jest jego skala, co bezpośrednio przekłada się na propagowanie go na platformach internetowych niepowiązanych ze wskazaną branżą, takich jak media społecznościowe, media informacyjne, oraz na platformach z treściami audiowizualnymi o charakterze rozrywkowym. Artykuł porusza również prawnokarne aspekty takiej aktywności. Prowadzona analiza identyfikuje kluczowe problemy prawne wynikające z aktualnego stanu prawnego, proponując postulaty de lege ferenda.
