The aim of the study is to show the multidimensionality and values of formal and informal cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian educators and its importance for the common future. The study uses a descriptive method as well as a review of literature on the subject to describe the experience gained during conferences, scientific forums and work at universities over several years of contacts with Ukrainian academic teachers.

Celem opracowania jest ukazanie wielowymiarowości i walorów współpracy formalnej i nieformalnej polskich i ukraińskich pedagogów i jej znaczenia dla wspólnej przyszłości. W opracowaniu zastosowano metodę opisową, wykorzystując doświadczenia uzyskane podczas kilkunastoletnich kontaktów z ukraińskimi nauczycielami akademickimi podczas konferencji i forów naukowych oraz w trakcie zajęć na studiach, a także wykorzystując przegląd literatury przedmiotu.
