Rozwój techniki ujawniający się we wprowadzaniu nowych rozwiązań technologicznych i nowych środków techniki − jak się to czasem określa: „idiotoodpornych” − nie wymusza posiadania wysokich kwalifikacji zawodowych. Wystarczy proste przyuczenie, przeszkolenie, trening. Taka sytuacja stawia przed edukacją zawodową nowe wyzwania. Akcent musi być położony na wychowanie zawodowe ku wartościom pracy człowieka.
