The scientific discourse has multiple faces in distinct research traditions and stylistic variants. Developing new education methods for future translators is an effort that will pay off in the long term. By increasing the number of translation specialists being able to translate scientific texts in a professional way, we accelerate the tempo of technology and knowledge transfer for the purposes of our native economy. The subject of this paper will be a consideration of possible training methods. The special attention has been dedicated to the training that consists in conscious use of translation techniques.
