The main aim of the article is to analyse the activities of the Polish government in the field of issuing green bonds. The authors attempted, on the basis of qualitative research (research desk, interview), to indicate the basic objectives and results of activities conducive to environmental protection, as well as to indicate the possibilities of developing financial instruments in the area of green finance.

Conventional energy is characterized by high capital consumption and often outdated technology based on fossil fuels. In order to prevent the increase in costs, both financial and social, changes are being made in the Polish energy sector. An antidote to the crisis in the energy industry, also the one caused by the military actions in Ukraine, can be distributed energy from renewable sources implemented by private entities, which the author tries to prove in the article pointing to the factors of attractiveness of this type of investment. The aim of the article is to identify the factors influencing investments in solar energy sources in the area of prosumer energy in Poland. Qualitative research was used in the study (analysis of existing data, review of literature, legal acts and reports. The research shows that there are groups of barriers: legal, administrative, financial, social, educational, etc., which have an impact on the development of the sector of private investments in renewable energy sources in Poland. The basic postulate of the development of investments in the production of energy from renewable sources is the departure from energy generation in a few large power plants, in favor of electricity production in numerous and small installations scattered throughout the country.

Energetyka konwencjonalna cechuje się dużą kapitałochłonnością, często także przestarzałą technologią opartą na paliwach kopalnych. Aby zapobiegać wzrostowi kosztów zarówno finansowych, jak i społecznych, w polskiej energetyce wprowadza się zmiany. Antidotum na kryzys w branży energetycznej, również ten wywołany działaniami wojennymi w Ukrainie, może być energetyka rozproszona ze źródeł odnawialnych, realizowana przez prywatne podmioty, czego autorka próbuje dowieść w artykule, wskazując czynniki atrakcyjności tego typu inwestycji. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja czynników wpływających na podejmowanie inwestycji w solarne źródła energii w obszarze energetyki prosumenckiej w Polsce. W opracowaniu wykorzystano badania jakościowe (analiza danych zastanych, przegląd literatury, aktów prawnych i raportów). Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że istnieją grupy barier: prawne, administracyjne, finansowe, społeczne czy edukacyjne, mające wpływ na rozwój sektora prywatnych inwestycji w odnawialne źródła energii w Polsce. Podstawowym postulatem rozwoju inwestycji wytwarzania energii z odnawialnych źródeł jest odejście od wytwarzania energii w nielicznych dużych elektrowniach na rzecz produkcji prądu w rozproszonych po całym kraju licznych i niewielkich instalacjach.

Ecological investments as an element of environmental management: case study of agribusiness companies

The aim of this study is an attempt to obtain an answer to the question: how important element of environmental management is the introduction of ecological investments in agribusiness companies? Research was carried out using a diagnostic survey among agribusiness companies from the Pomorskie voivodeship of Poland, which introduced some ecological investments between 2004 and 2014. The research showed that the ecological investments now constitute a fundamental form of the execution by the agribusinesses of environmental tasks that arise from the concept of sustainable development. The investments contribute to the prevention of the progressing degradation of the environment and any actions recognized as environmentally harmful.

Celem opracowania jest próba uzyskania odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak ważny element zarządzania środowiskowego stanowi wprowadzanie inwestycji ekologicznych w przedsiębiorstwach agrobiznesu. Badania przeprowadzono metodą sondażu diagnostycznego wśród przedsiębiorstw agrobiznesu z województwa pomorskiego, które przeprowadziły inwestycje ekologiczne w latach 2004–2014. Badania wykazały, iż inwestycje ekologiczne stanowią obecnie fundamentalną formę realizacji przez przedsiębiorstwa agrobiznesu zadań ochrony środowiska wynikających z koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju. Inwestycje przyczyniają się do powstrzymywania postępującej degradacji środowiska i działań uznawanych za ekologicznie szkodliwe.
