Koncepcje edukacji w programach wyborczych wybranych polskich partii politycznych z 2011 i 2015 roku

Artykuł zawiera omówienie zagadnień edukacyjnych zawartych w programach dwóch największych polskich partii politycznych: Prawa i Sprawiedliwości oraz Platformy Obywatelskiej. Przedstawione zostały najważniejsze założenia reformy oświaty dotyczące struktury szkolnictwa, rozwoju zawodowego nauczycieli, kompetencji ucznia w postnowoczesnym świecie, szkolnictwa wyższego, programów nauczania oraz miejsca szkolnictwa zawodowego w nowym systemie oświaty. Kluczową kwestią staje się w tym kontekście analiza współczesnych uwarunkowań rynkowych, mająca wpływ na sposób myślenia o edukacji. Na tym tle postawiono pytanie o wizję współczesnej szkoły, wskazano na różnice doktrynalne w programach obu partii. W podsumowaniu artykułu dowiedziono, że obie partie konsekwentnie promują własne wizje edukacji w programach z 2011 i 2015 roku, ale prezentują różne koncepcje edukacyjne

The article includes a description of the educational issues incorporated in the political platforms of the two main Polish political parties, i.e. Prawo i Sprawiedliwość (transl. Law and Justice) and Platforma Obywatelska (transl. Civic Platform). It presents the main objectives of the educational reform concerning the structure of the educational system, teachers’ professional development, students’ competences in the postmodern world, higher education, curricula and the place of vocational education in the new educational system. The main issue in this context is the analysis of the modern market conditioning affecting the way of comprehending education. In this background, there appears a question of the vision of a modern school. Besides, there were some doctrinal differences indicated in the platforms of the above mentioned two mainstream political parties. In the conclusion of the article it was proven that both parties have been consistently promoting their own visions on education stipulated in their platforms between 2011 and 2015 with educational concepts presented by both parties revealing several differences
