W artykule dokonano analizy statystycznej czasowej emigracji Polaków za granicę w latach 2004-2015 wykorzystując do tego celu dane zaczerpnięte z GUS(2017). Do zbadania tych danych zastosowano głównie metodę statystyczną w zakresie analizy korelacji, podstawowych statystyk opisowych jak również elementy wnioskowania statystycznego. Zbudowano także modele liniowe, które łączą emigrację Polaków do niektórych krajów europejskich z emigracją do krajów spoza Unii Europejskiej. Artykuł kończą stosowne wnioski związane z przeprowadzoną analizą.

The article presents a statistical analysis of the temporary emigration of Poles abroad in the years 2004-2015 using for this purpose data from the Central Statistical Office (2017). The statistical method for correlation analysis, basic descriptive statistics as well as statistical inference elements were used to examine these data. Linear models were also built that connect the emigration of Poles to some European countries with emigration to countries outside the European Union. The article ends with relevant conclusions.
