Gospodarka Polska obecnie podąża za trendami obowiązującymi na świecie. Główne procesy zachodzące to: globalizacja i integracji świata, wobec swobodnego przepływu informacji. Takie nurty mają wpływ na relacje pomiędzy pracownikami i podmiotami gospodarczymi, które reagują na zmiany oddziałując wzajemnie na siebie. Artykuł ma za zadanie scharakteryzować zachowania pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwami, a pracownikami na współczesnym rynku pracy. Autor przedstawiając własne ujęcie zależności pomiędzy opisywanymi podmiotami realizuje zamierzony cel artykułu poprzez studium literatury, danych statystycznych oraz obser-wację opisywanych podmiotów. Obecnie mamy wyjątkową sytuację na rynku pracy, ponieważ jest to rynek pracownika, co zmusza pracodawców do olbrzymiej konkurencji między sobą lub możliwie zastępowania pracy ludzkiej innymi rozwiązaniami technicznymi.

The Polish economy is currently following the trends in force in the world. The main processes taking place are: globalization and integration of the world, towards the free flow of information. Such trends influence the relations between employees and economic entities that react to changes interacting with each other. The article aims at characterizing the behavior between enterprises and employees in the modern labor mar-ket. By presenting his own approach to the relationship between the subjects described, the author achieves the desired result of the article through studying literature, analyzing statistical data and observing the entities described. At present, we can observe an exceptional situation on the labor market where an employee’s market forces employers to compete fiercely with one another or possibly substitute human work with other technical solutions.
