Opracowanie stanowi raport z badania kondycji finansowej przedsiębiorstw, bazującej przede wszystkim na danych sprawozdawczych GUS. W badaniu zanalizowano zmiany w liczebności podmiotów, dokonano oceny zjawiska upadłości firm, następnie wyników finansowych oraz wskaźników udziałów kosztów w przychodach, rentowności i płynności. Oceniono także wykorzystanie zróżnicowanych źródeł finansowania, które dają obraz zaangażowania przedsiębiorstw w rozwój działalności w przyszłości. Odniesiono się także do nakładów inwestycyjnych firm. W ocenie kondycji finansowej zwrócono uwagę na pogarszanie się sytuacji finansowej przedsiębiorstw, zróżnicowanie sytuacji finansowej różnych grup przedsiębiorstw ze względu na wielkość przedsiębiorstwa określonego według kryterium zatrudnienia. Wskazano na pogarszanie się sytuacji finansowej dużych firm. Wykazano trudniejsze warunki działania małych przedsiębiorstw, szczególnie jeśli chodzi o pozyskanie kapitałów zewnętrznych.

The study is a report on enterprises’ financial condition survey standing primarily based on the CSO reporting data. In the survey, there were analysed changes in the number of entities. Assessed the phenomenon of firm bankruptcy, then financial performance as well as indices of the shares of costs in proceedings, profitability and liquidity. There was also assessed the use of diversified financing sources which provide a picture of involvement of enterprises in development of activities in the future. The author also referred to companies’ investment outlays. In the assessment of financial standing, she paid attention to aggravation of enterprises’ financial condition, diversity of the financial standing of various groups of enterprises in terms of enterprise size determined by the employment criterion. The author pointed out to aggravation of the financial standing in case of large companies. She identified more difficult terms of activities of small enterprises, particularly with regard to external capital acquisition.
