Przedmiotem niniejszego eseju jest omówienie wizji misji urzędnika w odniesieniu do idei zarządzania publicznego, koncepcji dobra wspólnego, a także problemów etycznych stojących przed pracownikiem administracji publicznej, bowiem wyłącznie kompetentni i rzetelni urzędnicy są w stanie prawidłowo realizować stawiane im z jednej strony przez państwo a z drugiej przez społeczeństwo zadania i właściwie rozstrzygać sporne kwestie. W celu omówienia podjętego zagadnienia dokonano analizy dostępnej literatury a także źródeł elektronicznych.

The issue discussed in this article is the vision of a civil servant in connection with the idea of public management, the concept of communicating with good and ethical problems that a public administration employee has to deal with, because only a competent and reliable audience is legally competent to perform tasks assigned to one person and of the other party's society, and to resolve disputes accordingly. Todiscussthesubject has been analyzed of available literature and electronic sources.
