Wstęp. Szeroko na wstępie przedstawiono ustawę z 27 sierpnia 1997 r. o rehabilitacji zawodowej i społecznej oraz zatrudnianiu osób niepełnosprawnych. Szczegółowo opisano trzy stopnie niepełnosprawności. Zaprezentowano kryteria orzekania o stopniu niepełnosprawności. W szczegółach zanalizowano problem oceny niepełnosprawności. Zaznajomiono z organizacją systemu niepełnosprawności w Polsce. Szczegółowo omówiono kwestię wydatków na rehabilitację.

Background. Act of 27th August 1997 on professional and social rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities is presented widely first of all. Three degrees of disability are described in more detail. Criteria for the evaluation of disability are strongly pointed out. The problem of adjudication of disability is analysed in detail. Organization of the system of disability in Poland is also presented. The issue of rehabilitation spending is treated broadly.
