Artykuł dotyczy problematyki religijnego folkloru internetowego, jaki upowszechniany był w związku z inwazją Rosji na Ukrainę na popularnym portalu społecznościowym Facebook (wersja ukraińska), od kwietnia do czerwca 2022 roku. Celem prezentowanej w tekście analizy zebranego materiału jest ukazanie podstawowych form i funkcji folkloru religijnego w kontekście wojny rosyjsko-ukraińskiej, ich związku z innymi przekazami o treści religijnej (modlitwy, apele i prośby błagalne) oraz specyfiką komunikacji internetowej. Autorki starają się pokazać powiązania badanych przekazów z myśleniem człowieka religijnego i tradycją chrześcijańską na poziomie werbalnym i wizualnym oraz tożsamością narodu ukraińskiego. Wskazują również na istotne znaczenie komunikacji internetowej w sytuacji bezradności i doświadczenia głębokiego kryzysu.

The article focuses on the issue of religious online folklore disseminated in connection with the Russian invasion of Ukraine on the popular social media platform Facebook (Ukrainian version), between April and June 2022. The aim of the analysis of the collected material presented in the text is to show the basic forms and functions of religious folklore in the context of the Russo-Ukrainian war, their relationship with other messages of religious content (prayers, appeals and supplications) and the specificity of Internet communication. The authors undertake to show the connections the studied messages exhibit with religious thinking and the Christian tradition on a verbal and visual level, as well as the identity of the Ukrainian people. They also point to the importance of Internet communication in times of helplessness and deep crisis.

Religious folklore in Belarus exists on two levels: folklore sung directly in the homes and folklore sung in the church. “Home” folklore frequently permeates the church’s liturgical chants. The specificity of folklore performance in religious music can be traced through the text (the transformation of the literary text by dialectal and borrowed words), directly through the music (the adaptation of variation elements to the melody, folk ornamentations, very slow tempo, etc.), and through the manner of performance (breaking up the sung phrase, chest resonance singing, transposition of the key, etc.). The text of this article describes the specificity of the performance of religious works in Belarus, both liturgical and domestic. It distinguishes and describes the methods of performance, and shows their similarities based on the examples of specific pieces of music. The relationship between folklore and church art is shown not only by their general features, but also by their interrelationships. It manifests itself in the general properties of the genre, the means of expression, and the singing style, which consists of a synthesis of words and melodies, modal-melodic structures, phrasing dictated by breathing, a unity of time and rhythm, and elements of polyphony (heterophony).

Folklor religijny na Białorusi istnieje na dwóch poziomach: folklor śpiewany bezpośrednio w domach i folklor śpiewany w kościele. Często folklor „domowy” przenika do kościelnych śpiewów liturgicznych. Specyfikę wykonawstwa folklorystycznego w muzyce religijnej można prześledzić poprzez tekst (transformacja tekstu literackiego słowami dialektalnymi i zapożyczonymi), bezpośrednio poprzez muzykę (adaptacja do melodii elementów wariacyjnych, ornamenty folklorystyczne, bardzo wolne tempo itp.) i sposób wykonania (przerwanie śpiewanej frazy, śpiewy w rezonansie klatki piersiowej, transpozycja tonacji itp.). W artykule opisano charakterystyczne cechy interpretacji utworów religijnych na Białorusi zarówno na poziomie liturgicznym, jak i domowym. Wyodrębniono w nim i opisano sposoby wykonania oraz pokazano ich podobieństwa na przykładzie konkretnych utworów muzycznych. Na pokrewieństwo sztuki folklorystycznej i kościelnej wskazują nie tylko ich ogólne cechy, ale również wzajemne powiązania. Przejawia się to w ogólnych właściwościach gatunkowych, środkach wyrazu, stylu śpiewania, na który składa się: synteza słowa i melodii, modalno-melodyczna struktura, frazowanie dyktowane oddechami, jedność metrum i rytmu, elementy polifonii (heterofonii).
