Artykuł przedstawia życie i działalność naukową prof. Wandy Wojtkiewicz-Rok (19472018). Była historykiem, nauczycielem w liceach a potem akademickim. Najdłużej była związana z Akademią Medyczną we Wrocławiu. Jej zainteresowania naukowe skupiały się przede wszystkim na historii medycyny lwowskiej w latach 1894-1939.

The article presents the life and scientific activity of prof. Wandy Wojtkiewicz-Rok (1947-2018), a historian. She worked at the Medical University in Wroclaw. Her scientific interests focused mainly on the history of Lviv medicine in 1894-1939.
