The aim of this article is to define the relation between educational infrastructure of individual regions as well as enterprises development. In the first part of article an educational environments were characterized and described as a development factor of enterprises. In the second part, based on statistical data the relations were examined between educational environment and enterprises development state in individual provinces in 2007- 2011 years.

W artykule podjęto próbę ukazania zmian sytuacji społecznej mieszkańców gmin powiatu płockiego pod kątem ich wyposażenia w obiekty podstawowych usług oświaty (szkoły podstawowe i gimnazja). Analizę wielowskaźnikową wykonano dla dystansu czasowego 1999-2014 ze skokiem 3-letnim z wykorzystaniem danych statystycznych GUS, zawartych w BDL-u. Ocenę możliwości indywidualizacji pracy i efektywności nauczania oparto na wskaźniku liczebności oddziału w szkole podstawowej i gimnazjum. Przeprowadzona analiza pozwoliła ukazać różnice pod względem liczby szkół, oddziałów i uczniów wpływających na standard życia dzieci i młodzieży. Załączniki graficzne pokazują, nie tylko stan aktualny, ale również dynamikę i trend zmian.

The article attempts to show the changes in the social situation of the inhabitants of the district of Plock in terms of their access to the facilities of basic educational services (primary and secondary schools). Multi-indicator characteristics was performed for time interval equal to 15 years (from 1999 to 2014), with 3 year-step, i.e: 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008, 2011, 2014. Information was based on statistical data of Central Statistical Office, available in Local Data Bank (LDB). Evaluation of the possibility of individualization of work and teaching effectiveness is based on the index number of the posse in primary and secondary schools. The analysis enabled to show differences in terms of the number of schools, divisions and students, affecting the standard of living of children and adolescents. Graphical attachments show not only the current situation but also the dynamics and trend changes.
