Artykuł przedstawia Józefa Kozieleckiego koncepcję wychowania człowieka innowacyjnego na tle pedagogiki twórczości. Jej założenia teoretyczne są analizowane zarówno w aspektach ogólnych (podstaw) wychowania, jak i w aspektach szczegółowych – przez odniesienie się do pedagogiki twórczości (jako pedagogiki szczegółowej). Podjęta problematyka ukazuje założenia teoretyczne koncepcji wychowania człowieka innowacyjnego (inwencyjnego) Kozieleckiego, jak również praktyczne, które mogą być przydatne dla wychowania dzieci, młodzieży i dorosłych w zakresie zwłaszcza innowacyjności. Strukturę artykułu wyznaczają dwa podrozdziały: pierwszy zawiera charakterystykę koncepcji wychowania człowieka innowacyjnego, drugi umiejscawia analizowaną koncepcję w zakresie wybranych teorii poświęconych twórczości na gruncie pedagogiki twórczości.

This article presents the Józef Kozielecki's concept of innovative human education in the pedagogy of creativity. This concept is analised in both general aspects (foundations) of pedagogy as well as in particular ones − by refering to the pedagogy of creativity (as subdiscipline). These issues show theoretical backgrounds of the concept of innovative human education (inventive) by J. Kozielecki along with the practical ones, which can be useful for the education of children, teenagers, adults especially in innovation. It is structured around two principal parts: first part contain a characteristic of the concept of innovative human education which is followed by an attempt the location of analyzed concept within selected theories of creativity in field of the pedagogy of creativity.
