The aim of this paper is to present Georgia’s position related to the changes to the international order. The term “order” is usually associated with continuous, organized, and stable conditions. However, if one thinks of the international order, one has to bear in mind that it is a very dynamic phenomenon. It was initially perceived through periods distinguished by wars, whose consequences gave rise to particular views on international order itself. Georgia as a country which connects Europe and Asia seems to have an outlined route to the organizations which it aspires to, thanks to its ambitious reforms and its choice of values. However, its internal situation and difficult neighbouring countries do not enable Georgia to leave the circle of promises and fulfil its dreams.
