In this article, the author tried to present the topic of the pastoral ministry concept’s development for people living without Holy Matrimony by the example of the previous Code of Canon Law of 1917 and New Code of Canon Law of 1983. Influence on changing the situation of those living in a civil marriage or divorced and remarried poste-synodal Apostolic Exhortations „Familiaris Consortio” of 1981 and „Amoris Laetitia” of 2016. According to the author, the opportunity to join the Sacraments of the Church, prescribed in the last post-synodal Apostolic Exhortation are primarily a consequence of the evolutionary process rather than revolutionary innovations, although there are many different points of view on this topic. That is why the exhortation „Amoris Laetitia” talks about accompanying, discerning and integrating weakness, but in confidentiality. The important things, according to the author, are letters from individual bishops or Episcopal Conferences that have supported the Holy Father and have already taken advantage of the prescribed opportunities helping their parishioners to return to the church community and become actively involved in its life.

Pottery data from prehistoric sites in Lower Egypt has been reported using different classification systems dependent on the site where it was discovered. This makes comparative analysis of pottery from different locations highly problematic. The significant majority of pottery excavated at these sites is either incomplete or consists of pot sherds that cannot be reconstructed. This paper will consider the problems that exist in publishing data concerning pottery shape and examine the classification systems adopted in earlier reports. Bearing these earlier systems in mind, the report will consider what the most feasible general classification system would be for the recording and classifying of pot sherd shape data from all Lower Egyptian sites, which would also be able to integrate together even with pottery shape data in the earlier reports as accurately as possible. There might be the feasible system or a prototype of it amongst the systems already in use.

Exhortation Amoris laetitia gives strong impuls to integrate into Church life the faithful who are in irregular situations. It is to make through a process of accompaniment and discernment which, after taking account of the complexity and the diversity of situations, mitigating circumstances and other factors, will identify the specific opportunities for their widen integration. They might hold different ecclesial services and be involved in many forms of activity in the liturgical, pastoral, educational, institutional and charitable framework. An example of implementation of Francis’ teaching in this matter is a document entitled Pastoral guidelines for implementing Amoris laetitia issued by the Archdiocese in Philadelphia. It combines in practical solutions the indications of Amoris laetitia with the earlier teachings of the Church especially that expressed in Familiaris consortio. Regulations of Pastoral guidelines promote on the one hand the more full participation of the faithful in irregular situations in the life and mission of the Church, and on the other hand indicate activities they shouldn’t carry out. It is justified by the need to follow not only love and mercy, but also the truth of indissolubility of marriage.
