Art is currently used in psychotherapy, as well as in education. Art therapy skilfully joins therapeutic aims with widely understood art, which consists of various forms of human creation such as literature, visual arts, music, dance, theatre. Art is recognized as a great chance for humanity to save itself from brutality, hate and wars. This article presents a few original exercises with an art therapy character, which every teacher and parent can adapt for the purposes of educational activities.

Obecnie sztuka jest wykorzystywana w psychoterapii, jak również w edukacji. Arteterapia umiejętnie łączy cele terapeutyczne z szeroko rozumianą sztuką, do której zaliczane są różne formy twórczości człowieka, jak literatura, plastyka, muzyka, taniec, teatr. Uważa się, że sztuka stanowi wielką szansę dla ludzkości, dla ocalenia człowieczeństwa przed zalewem brutalności, nienawiści i wojen. W artykule przedstawiono kilka autorskich ćwiczeń o charakterze arteterapeutycznym, które każdy nauczyciel i rodzic będzie mógł zaadaptować na potrzeby działań wychowawczych.
