Zaangażowanie pracowników jest to jedna z form realizacji szerszej koncepcji, jaką jest dialog społeczny. Spółka europejska jest to natomiast podmiot ponadnarodowy, który prowadzi działalność na terenie wielu państw Unii Europejskiej. Opracowanie poddaje analizie akty prawne regulujące zaangażowanie pracowników w procesie tworzenia i rejestrowania spółki europejskiej w Polsce. Opisana została procedura informowania, konsultacji i partycypacji, przy uwzględnieniu odmienności przepisów unijnych i polskich.

Involvement of employees is one of the forms of realization of the wider idea, which is known as social dialogue. European company is a supranational entity, which operates in many countries of the European Union. This paper analyzes the legal acts regulating the involvement of employees in the formulation and the registration process for a European company in Poland. Hereby are presented procedures of information, consultation and participation, taking into account the differences in EU and Polish legislation.
