W pracy zwrócono szczególną uwagę na podstawowe rodzaje systemów i znaków jakości oraz ich wpływ na sytuację ekonomiczną grupy badanych przedsiębiorstw, reprezentujących branżę rolno-spożywczą. Zwrócono również uwagę na inne czynniki, które w połączeniu ze skutecznie wdrożonymi zasadami jakościowymi mogą mieć istotny wpływ na budowanie trwałych przewag konkurencyjnych.

The essential part of the paper is sacrificed to reviewing the major types of quality systems and quality marks as well as their impact on the economic situation of a group of examined enterprises from agri-food branch. Furthermore, other factors which, combined with successfully implemented quality rules, can have an essential influence on building permanent competitive advantages, are presented.
