The paper discus the scope and nature of results of legal actions connected with denominational marria-ge. The main questions are connected with the very large discussed title-problem if Article 87.5 of the Legal Act of Law on Birth, Death and Marriage Records accomplishes the requirements of Polish Con-stitution and Human Rights system. On the area of the legal regulation of the celebration of denomina-tional marriage the main analyse are connected with the legal result of the term described in this Article 87.5. The analysis finally reached the conclusion, that the discussed term has only the instructional, ad-ministrative nature. As result the failure to keep the term shall not be recognized as the ground of nulli-ty of marriage.
